CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
For all bookings, we take a 20% non refundable deposit (rounded up to the nearest pound), this secures your chosen hire package on the date & times specified.
At the time of booking you have the option to pay just the deposit, with the remainder of the balance due at the time of delivery, or the full amount can be paid at the time of booking.
Cancellations Made By Us
Cancellations due to reasons beyond our control will be issued a full refund of funds already received, including the booking deposit. Reasons we may need to cancel a booking include, website error, damaged equipment, vehicle breakdown, staff shortage or any reason that we as a company feel necessary.
We will not issue refunds for unsuitable surfaces, insufficient access, incorrect space, incorrect surface type, unsafe electrical outlets or no access to electrical outlets within 50 meters unless you have or have booked a generator with sufficient power output, as these are confirmed before booking and are down to you to check and confirm.
In The Event Of Bad Weather
Should we need to cancel your booking due to unsafe weather conditions (strong winds or torrential rain ) - outdoor bookings
A refund will be given, minus your deposit. In this event your deposit can transferred to a different date, within six months of the original hire. Bookings cancelled by use due to unsafe driving conditions (snow or ice) will be refunded in full including the deposit. (Indoor & Outdoor bookings)
If you decide to cancel due to the weather and we deem the weather safe enough to operate then the cancellation charges below will apply.
Cancellations Made By You
Any cancelled bookings are subject to the following cancellation charges:
Less then 24 hours before the event/party, 100% of the total booking must be paid within 7 days.
Less then 7 days before the event/party, 50% of the total booking must be paid within 7 days.
7 days or more prior to the event/party you can transfer your deposit to a different date within six months of your original hire period as this is non-refundable.
If you cancel for any reason and have paid in full, we will refund any monies owed, inline with the cancellation charges above, Any refund due will be paid within 3-5 working days.
If you have only paid the deposit, any balance outstanding will need to be paid inline with the cancellation charges above. Failure to pay any cancellation charges/remaining balance may result in court action to recover any monies owed.
